TERMS OF DELIVERY
Goods purchased at HELTH online store are sent by DHL Parcel.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays.
Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. When the order ships, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number. All orders are fully traceable through: dhl.com
RETURNS POLICY
HELTH has a 15-day return policy: You have 15 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to us for a refund. Please let us know the reason for wanting to return the product at hello@helth.com before shipping it back. In the case of having received a defective product or a product that is in poor condition, please also write to us so that we can evaluate the problem and offer up a solution. The product must be returned unopened in its original condition.
Once we confirm the return, you will receive the refund within 5 to 15 business days through the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks of the return of products are borne by the sender.
