What happens when a digital-first wellness brand steps into the real world?
Over the past few months, we had the opportunity to bring HELTH offline through a series of pop-ups across Paris, Madrid and Barcelona. These moments were about more than showcasing products: they were about connection, conversation, and understanding what women are truly seeking in their daily wellness rituals.
From hotel lobbies to wellness studios, each space offered a different energy, yet a shared intention: to create room for thoughtful, modern self-care.
Paris: Wellness at the Heart of the City
Our first stop was Hotel Hoy in Paris - a space that feels less like a hotel and more like a sanctuary for conscious living. Known for its wellness-focused philosophy and vegan restaurant, it was the perfect setting to introduce HELTH to a Parisian audience.
Here, visitors took their time. They asked questions, touched the products, read ingredient lists (something we loved!) and trusted their senses. Seeing people slow down and engage with wellness in a tactile, intentional way reaffirmed why physical experiences still matter in a digital world.
Madrid: A Collective Wellness Moment
In November, we joined a beautifully curated pop-up at the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid, hosted by Elements, alongside other inspiring wellness brands.
This setting allowed HELTH to exist within a broader ecosystem of wellbeing, a reminder that wellness is not one-size-fits-all, but deeply personal. Visitors moved from brand to brand, discovering what resonated with their own needs, routines and lifestyles.
What stood out most here was curiosity. Conversations naturally gravitated towards how to integrate wellness into everyday life, not in a perfect way, but in a realistic one.
Barcelona: Welcoming the Holidays at Casa Barré
In December, we closed the year in Barcelona at Casa Barré, a barre studio rooted in mindful movement and community. To mark the start of the holiday season, we welcomed guests with cava and Christmassy treats, a gentle reminder that wellness can coexist with celebration.
This pop-up felt intimate and warm. It was about shared moments, post-class conversations and discovering products that support the body during a busy, often demanding time of year.
Alongside HELTH products, we curated brands from our marketplace including Rassa Botanicals, More Original and Conscious Botanist, ensuring that every visitor could find something aligned with their personal wellness practice.
Why These Moments Matter to HELTH
Taking HELTH offline allowed us to listen - truly listen to our community. It helped us validate what we’re building, refine how we communicate, and stay grounded in real needs rather than trends.
Wellness, at its core, is human. It lives in conversations, rituals, questions and shared experiences. These pop-ups reminded us that while online platforms allow us to reach further, physical spaces allow us to connect deeper.
As HELTH continues to grow, these moments will remain central to how we think about community, curation and conscious self-care.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, shared their stories and spent a moment with us.
