- Rhodiola: Rhodiola is a plant adaptogen which helps normalise body functions and strengthen systems compromised by stress, decreasing anxiety and improving mood. - Cinnamon: Cinnamon has been traditionally used in ancient medicines such as Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine for its many benefits which include aphrodisiac properties, given that it stimulates the libido.
