Mama's Sacred Milk

Mama’s Sacred Milk contains the following active ingredients:

- Fennel: Fennel is among the best known natural galactogogues: various scientific studies have shown its effectiveness in stimulating the production and flow of breast milk during lactation, and in promoting the development of the mammary glands.
- Moringa: Moringa is a plant native to Asia which stimulates milk production within just a few days of intake by increasing levels of prolactin, the main lactation hormone.
- Milk thistle: Though generally known for its beneficial effects on liver function, milk thistle is also traditionally used as a galactagogue, since it promotes the release of prolactin, the main milk-producing hormone. It also has antioxidant and anticancer properties.

Ingredient list: Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.,fruit), Moringa (Moringa oleifera Lam., leaf), Melisa (Melissa officinalis L., leaf), Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum L. Gaertn., whole fruit). Glycerin,alcohol, water (solvents).
